Misaligned page elements, spelling errors, mix-and-match fonts, inconsistent colours, low-res images and cluttered layouts are common problems. They make your documents look unprofessional and damage the credibility of your brand. Your documents exist to represent your organisation. A well-designed document should impart your key message in a clear, concise, consistent way, using the right fonts, colours, graphics, photos, logos, tone of voice, structure and alignment.
The solution — professional document design
Document creation is a time consuming task that distracts from your core business. Outsourcing can be a wise investment. As a copywriter and graphic designer, I work with you to understand your needs, and then I write your content and design your document so everything looks polished and professional. I send you the first draft for review, and then I revise as needed based on your feedback, until you’re happy with the final document. I’ve been creating documents like this for over 30 years, including 20 years with IBM.
How much does it cost?
The cost structure is simple. It’s AUD 160 for the first page, plus AUD 80 per additional page. So if you’re looking for a one-page Capability Statement or Flyer, that’s AUD 160 total. If you want an eight-page Company Profile or Pitch Deck, that’s 160 + (7 x 80) = AUD 720. Or if you need a 12-page Business Proposal, that’s 160 + (11 x 80) = AUD 1040.
Pages can be A4, US Letter, 16:9 Landscape, or any other size/shape. A page can include any combination of graphics, photos, and text (up to 350 words per page). 350 words is a very text-heavy page. 200-300 words is better, to allow room for white space and graphics.
